About Me

Hello! Welcome to my blog, The Wayfarer, and thank you for stopping by! My name’s Charlotte Way. I’m a Durham University MA student, embarking upon a course in Politics and International Relations. At Undergraduate level, I studied English, Spanish, and Italian, and I’m guilty of not shutting up about my year abroad in Spain ever since I returned in 2019. I love to sketch, can try my hands on the black and white keys, I’ve been victimised by fourteen consecutive years of family camping trips, and I have a criminally sweet tooth. 

I’d like to say that I have my life on track, but I’m an awful liar, and so, to tell the truth, my impending graduation is filling me with dread. I'm eagerly pursuing Content Marketing roles in creative industries, alongside opportunities to write satirical pieces for political publications.

At the moment, this blog is my creative attempt at making sense of the craziness that is Covid-19, but I plan to venture into the realms of other student-y issues and the uncertainties of graduate life as the months go on.
